Recommend A Friend and free calls for life terms and conditions

• Pipex Homecall to Pipex Homecall landline calls are free at anytime up to 90 minutes per call. Calls over 90 minutes long will be charged at the appropriate daytime or evening pence per minute rate for all call time after the initial 90 minutes. You can avoid this if you redial before 90 minutes have elapsed. Free calls are only available to other active residential Pipex Homecall landlines. For the avoidance of doubt, free calls cannot be used for calls made to premium rate, international, mobile, 0870 or 0845 numbers or in conjunction with a call divert facility. Free calls are not provided for business purposes or any other use inconsistent with usual residential usage. We reserve the right to withdraw free calls from any customer at any time at our sole discretion. The £10 recommend a friend credit will be applied to your first available bill once your recommended friend's account has become active. The credit is calling credit only. There is no cash alternative. Free calls applicable to all customers on either Homecall Anytime, Hometime or Everytime call packages. Pipex Homecall customers not on these call packages are excluded.
